OR Sophisticated Investor with at least 1M net worth and access to 200K+ in capital who will hire minimum 3 producers from Day One OR Large referral source firm (generating minimum fifty transactions a month). Ie: Mortgage company principal, Large Real estate Broker Tier Two: $20,000 referral - Experienced Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Insurance Sales Producer or equivalent P&C Insurance background with at least $50K access to capital and will run the business as an owner/operator OR Insurance adjacent referral professional (ie; mortgage broker/realtor, etc) with at least $50K access to capital who will run the business as an owner/operator and Hire 2 producers within the first 3-6 months. Tier One: $15,000 referral - All other candidates who meet the financial criteria (access to 50K liquid.)
