Training and support program details: At Smith’s Lube & Repair, we provide a comprehensive training and support system designed to set franchisees up for immediate success both operationally and financially. Classroom Training: Franchisees begin with in-depth classroom instruction covering the core components of the business, including: Equipment operation and trailer functionality Daily operations and workflow management CRM systems and customer management tools Billing platforms and invoicing procedures Financial tracking using systems such as QuickBooks In-Field Training: Hands on training ensures franchisees are fully confident executing services in real-world environments. This includes: Trailer and system setup from arrival to job completion On-site workflow and efficiency best practices Brand standards and professional customer interaction Required documentation and customer-specific paperwork Full operation of oil pumps and service equipment Operational Execution Includes (but not limited to): Proper setup and execution of oil change services Representing the Smith’s Lube & Repair brand professionally on-site Managing customer expectations and communication Completing and handling all required service documentation Ongoing Support: Dedicated mentorship following initial training 40 hours of guided support to ensure a smooth ramp-up period Continued access to systems, resources, and operational guidance Cost for Training: $500 additional training Lodging and airfare included: No Site Selection Assistance: Yes Lease Negotiation Assistance: No Mentor following training: Yes Length of mentoring Franchisee: 40 hours
