Training and support program details: Two Day training program to be conducted virtually. There is no additional fee to train the first three people. 1-2 days at Malvern ideally tied to optional OJT for techs. The 80 hour of technician training is optional for Owners/Zees; however, 1-2 days is advised to provide a good feel for the services provided. Up to 80 hours of OJT (on the job training) and depends on the tech's background and experience. Optional for franchisees, but most want to attend a portion of the field training and half attend the entire technician training to be able to better understand the work and perform it in an emergency in the first year.
