Training and support program details: CARE Launch will take franchisees from signing day through launch is as few as 60 days. During this stage, franchisees utilize a task management platform to ensure they hit all necessary items to efficiently open their doors. The Director of Business Performance assists with licensure to keep the process moving through this stage. Next, franchisees complete CARE Sales, a virtual series of professionally produced training videos and quizzes that prepare you to successfully market your new business. Next, franchisees attend a hands-on 40-hour training program at corporate headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. They will experience A Place At Home in-action and interact with the staff to understand how the day-to-day business actually runs through a combination of classroom and on-the-job training.
