Encore Event Rentals

The reason to build it with Encore rather than starting from scratch is the years of hard lessons you skip. Encore has run this business since 2011 and turned it into a system: how to buy the right inventory, price it, schedule it, deliver it, and keep it earning. Franchisees step into that operation with the brand, the software, the training, and a playbook that has already solved the problems that sink independent operators in their first two years. You are not guessing your way to a business.

Training is delivered through a structured onboarding program of written procedures, training videos, and graded knowledge reviews, alongside direct instruction from the Encore team, and can be conducted at Encore's Shreveport headquarters, at the franchisee's own location, or virtually. The second phase, 24 hours of on-site training around opening, puts the systems into live practice: delivery operations and routing, event setup and customer service, and on-site.
