: Training and support program details HomeWell provides dedicated support from members of the opening services and training teams during the initial months prior to opening. Our pre-opening support is divided into three key phases: Phase 1 – Groundwork: Schedule ongoing support calls, secure access to HomeWell systems, Set up business entity, complete key initial learning modules, and prepare for license submission. Phase 2 – Mission Prep: Complete competitive analysis and break-even analysis, develop a business plan, determine staffing needs, secure office location, Learning Lab module completion, LaunchWell virtual workshop completion, and attending ongoing support calls. Phase 3 – Launch Ready: Confirm and onboard vendors, move into office location, recruit staff and caregivers, order marketing materials, finalize processes, in-person site visit from HomeWell Business Coach, successfully pass LaunchWell exam. After locations open, HomeWell continues training in areas of sales, marketing, partnerships and business coaching.
